We recommend a cool-to-warm (up to 104°F/40°C) machine wash with similar colors, using a gentle bio-degradable detergent.

Boody garments can be dried in the sun however in order to best keep the colours vivid, we&apos;d say to dry your beloved items in the shade.&#xA0;If you need to tumble dry, please use the lowest setting, or set to &apos;delicates&apos;, with no heath or lowest setting. Iron on a low setting, do not dry clean.&#xA0;Please keep in mind that some garments have unique care instructions which are viewable under the Fabric &amp; Care tab of any product page, as well as on the packaging, and care label.

Please note that your Period & Leak-proof undies need to be washed before wearing them for the first time to help activate the absorbing technology.

If you&apos;re hand-washing, the water should feel close to room temperature. Do not bleach and do not soak.&#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Line dry only - we recommend drying in the sun if you can. Sunlight has natural anti-microbial properties that are good for your undies! Do not tumble dry and do not iron.</li></ol>Tip: Hold the softener! Fabric softener is your period undies&apos; worst enemy. It leaves a &quot;water-proof&quot; film on textiles that can counteract the natural bamboo absorbing properties of your undies.

While hand washing is ideal, a gentle machine wash and spin is best to preserve the original aspect of our Padded Bras.

For our Bras with removable padding, we recommend that you remove the pads before washing. When needed, the pads can be hand-washed with a gentle detergent and air-dried.&#xA0;For our Boody Bras with built-in padding, while hand washing is ideal, a machine wash (at 30 degrees) and a gentle spin is best to preserve the original aspect of our Padded Bras.&#xA0;We recommend that you ditch the tumble dryer as the heat will break down the elastic, and can cause dimpling in your padding.

How to safely remove our product care label

Don&apos;t cut it off! Slightly stretch the elastic being the top of the label to pull the loose thread (which isn&#x2019;t stitched in!), and the whole label should come off with no issue, leaving no annoying stub left to irritate the skin!&#xA0;We also have a quick video tutorial via the link <a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/ClgA6tRDWtX/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y%3D" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.While we have you here, we also wanted to shed some light on our decision to include our international washing labels. The inclusion of the label has become necessary due to our expansion into multiple countries. To comply with diverse legislation concerning language and washing instructions, we require a universal label on each garment, so we opted for a more sustainable option that accommodates various markets.
