How do I exchange or return an item?Updated a month ago

To submit an exchange or return request, you will need your order number (this will start with OLCE or EU) and the postcode associated with your delivery address. You will need to include the "OLCE" or "EU" at the start, ie. OLCE1234.

Before proceeding with your request, we kindly ask you to review our Returns and Exchanges Policy here to verify you meet the criteria. 

If all is correct, we’ll kindly invite you to head over to our Returns and Exchanges Portal here, and follow the onscreen prompts.

All returns, for refund or exchange, are charged at €6.00. This fee will either be paid on the returns portal (for exchanges), or deducted from your refund (for refunds).
