I returned my order, how long does it take for my exchange/return to be processed?Updated 3 months ago

After submitting your request through our Returns & Exchanges Portal, once you have posted your item(s) - please email us with your tracking number so that we can process your request as quickly as possible! 

Please be aware that only exchanges and returns submitted through our Portal will be processed. 

If you have returned your order without submitting a request, please contact our Community Happiness Team. Kindly provide us with the below 

  • Tracking number
  • Address to which the return was sent
  • Details of the item(s) returned - quantity, style, color, and size (ie. Padded Shaper Crop Bra - Black / M)
  • Details of the item(s) you wish to exchange for, or receive a refund/store credit
