What is your Exchange/Return Policy?Updated a month ago

Sometimes, things just don’t work out. It happens! 

You can return any item with the exception of Final Sale items, Underwear (excluding Bras), and Bodysuits, within 30 days of the date of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original condition and undamaged packaging. 

Please note, all returns are inspected by our Warehouse Team and we reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards. We ask you to please try on items while not wearing any make-up, perfume, or beauty products that can leave marks or scents, as this could cause the item to be deemed non-returnable by our Warehouse team. 

For hygienic reasons, it is against the law to exchange or refund Underwear except in the case of a faulty garment, in which case our Community Happiness Team will help assist in sending a replacement to you free of charge. 

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned, unless faulty. We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns on the category page, as well as on the product page. 

Please note we can only accept returns that have been purchased directly from boody.eu, for any orders placed elsewhere please contact the retailer directly. If you paid postage on your original order, please note that this is non-refundable.

All returns, for refund or exchange, are charged at €6.00. This fee will either be paid on the returns portal (for exchanges), or deducted from your refund (for refunds)
